About James
James is a seasoned Marketing and Technology Executive with a passion for entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and real estate. With a career spanning leadership roles in brand development, e-commerce, and strategic operations, he has worked with iconic brands such as Starwood Hotels, Kahlúa, GM, Nissan, and the Neptune Society—driving high-impact initiatives that transformed business performance and consumer engagement.
His expertise bridges both digital and traditional marketing, and he’s successfully launched and scaled start-up brands using a blend of performance-driven e-commerce strategies and mass distribution models. Known for his strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and deep understanding of customer experience, James brings a unique perspective to every project and partnership.
That same entrepreneurial mindset led him into real estate. After navigating several complex personal property transactions—including foreign sales, foreclosures, and short sales—James became a licensed REALTOR® to help others through similarly nuanced deals. Though relatively new to selling residential real estate for others, he draws on decades of relevant experience in marketing, valuation, operations, and negotiation to support buyers, sellers, and investors across South Florida.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, James has lived in South Florida on and off for nearly four decades and currently calls Parkland/Coral Springs home. As a transplant himself, he understands what draws people to the area—and what they need to feel at home once they arrive.
James offers clients more than just real estate expertise; he brings a high level of professionalism, insight, and service rooted in integrity. Whether you’re buying a home, selling a property, or exploring investment opportunities, he is committed to helping you reach your goals with confidence.
Outside of work, James is a passionate tech enthusiast who designs and programs websites and stays current on emerging digital technologies. He also enjoys painting, photography, antique cars, and riding his Harleys. Most of all, he values time with his family and regularly shares insights on real estate, leadership, and marketing through his writing and digital content.
